If you object to anything in this Agreement, PlaygroupConnect.com's Privacy Policy, or while using this website or service, please immediately discontinue use of this website and service. This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the website PlaygroupConnect.com. By accessing the website and/or creating a profile, you accept this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. By accessing the website, and/or creating a profile, you consent to have this Agreement provided to you in electronic form.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other moms and their children. We provide you with the first name and email address of prospective mommy matches - the rest is up to you! PlaygroupConnect.com does not, in any way, screen its mommies nor verify the information that its members submit, and makes no representations or warranties as to the identity of its members or their conduct. While we will certainly try our best to match you with the most appropriate mom/child pairing, we do not guarantee the compatibility of mommies you are matched with. In no event shall PlaygroupConnect.com be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of this service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users of PlaygroupConnect.com.

You agree to take all reasonable precautions in all interactions with others, particularly if you decide to meet in person. Please use common sense and agree to meet for the first time in a neutral location such as coffee shop, playground, or the like. Do not divulge any personal information via email. Failure to comply with this will immediately result in the deletion of your profile from PlaygroupConnect.com, and a lifetime ban from entry thereafter. PlaygroupConnect.com has the sole discretion to determine whether any such comment is of such a nature to warrant deletion and ban, and such decision is final, and not subject to appeal.

Furthermore, this website is for the personal non-commercial use of its members. No unauthorized solicitation of goods or services by members towards other members or visitors will be tolerated. Any posts or comments that are deemed to be commercial in nature will be removed at the discretion of the webmaster.
